Winter Wonderland

The snow has fallen, and the world around us has turned white. Many hide inside until the cold winter months have come and gone, but here in Markham, we like to get outside and experience the world around us in this winter wonderland. From skating and tobogganing to winter walks, there are many ways to get out and enjoy the winter snow.

Skating

Starting in December, based on weather and ice conditions, the 6 outdoor skating rinks will open. Bring your own skates, helmets and winter wear as you show off your skating skills to your family and friends.
