At UMI Sushi, we strive to serve our customers a luxurious and tailored experience. From soya sauce & vinegar that we make in-house, to the type of rice that we use, and the fish that we import from Japan, we want to ensure our customers taste is unforgettable.
It takes years of experience and knowledge to understand the different types of fish, the texture and taste of the meat, paired with the right knives, so that the fish can be prepared and presented with the highest standard and quality.
Take out Service: Monday to Saturday 12pm – 4pm.
Dine in Service: Monday to Saturday 5:30pm-10pm.
