- Accommodation, Food and Beverage Services, Shopping & Retail, Recreation and Entertainment, Transportation and Travel Services
- Have a physical business location in the City of Markham
- With exceptions for transportation and travel organizers serving Markham tourism remotely
- Have all necessary permits and licenses from government and public health bodies
