Thai Partner Stretch

Thai Yoga Partner Stretch + Massage Partner up to be guided through a Yogic Thai Massage sequence. You’ll learn Thai massage techniques that mobilize joints, decompress the low back, and neutralize tension in the body. Learn how to offer soothing whole body stretches with calming pressure points. While Thai massage feels great to receive, it feels just as good to give. Both the giver and the receiver experience deep stretching and decompression. You will learn to use your own body mechanics to give massage in a form of movement that is therapeutic for both partners. – Learn how to give and receive equally for a balanced exchange. – Learn how to read your partner’s body, the subtle energetic body, muscle tissue limitations, range of motion in your partners limbs – Release tension, relieve chronic pain, increase range of motion on joints, relax the nervous system – Observe breath, and nervous system responses – Help build trust and safety – Learn basic anatomical muscle locations and its actions This will be a 90 min class. Divided into two parts so each partner can give an equal exchange. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a partner. We will begin with breath, movement and a short meditation to root into our own energetic field, followed by the sequence and exchange.
