Onsu Bakery x Gusta Bake Lab Pop-Up

On Sunday, September 27, 2026, we’re welcoming Chef Michael Kwan—founder of ONSU Bakery in London, former Executive Pastry Chef at The Dorchester, and Pastry Chef of the Year 2024—for a one-day Onsu pop-up at Gusta Bake Lab.

Known for refined contemporary pastries shaped by Asian flavours and European pastry techniques, Chef Michael will bring a limited signature menu to Markham for one day only, including:
