As we step into the year of the horse, we invite you to join us for a rejuvenating Lunar New Year in-store Vinyasa Yoga Class!
Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga class, guided by Calvin Kwan. This dynamic and flowy class emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Poses are held for relatively short periods. This class with provide guests with an invigorating and energizing experience. Calvin’s classes are fun, welcoming, and designed to encourage awareness of the body, breath and mind.
Please bring your Yoga mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks if needed.
