TWO Halloween Events at ONE location for families with kids aged 14 and under.The Happy Learning Education Center is having a fun filled entire day of children’s events, arts and activities, prize giveaways, best costume giveaways, games, chess playing, robotics competitions, free robotics class for those who come early, halloween music and a movie – coupled with free food, snacks, and drinks.

*Free AdmissionJoin us or just come in a costume – as we celebrate Halloween with a Costume Contest, Kids Activities for the whole family. Experience Shops on Steeles and the many family friendly activities. Children must be supervised at all times. Admission is by first come basis. Smoking and pets are prohibited from coming into the mall. This years event is proudly presented by the Happy Learning Education Center, Smart Kids Chess, and Smart Kids Robotics.
